The Success Story of WWZ

Wasserwerke Zug AG (WWZ) supplies water, energy and telecoms services to the population and businesses in the Canton of Zug and in areas of surrounding cantons. There is a contact centre operating as the main point of contact for customers, which deals with any kind of query. This is also supplemented by a dedicated telecoms support service. With a view to providing customers with the best support possible, WWZ implemented BMC Remedy Service Desk for telecoms in 2009.
